This agreement is entered into between maajobs.com (a subsidiary of Visual Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) a company registered under The Companies Act, with registered office and corporate office in Hyderabad, India
1. Professional Fees:
Our professional fee is based on the candidate's first year gross remuneration package. The term "first year annual gross remuneration package" means the annual basic salary, market value of the rent for the accommodation, annualized value of car and loans, retrials, stock options, bonus, and any other cash / bank allowances, both monthly and annual., as well as any guaranteed sign-on and /or performance bonus and relocation expenses, if any.
Annual Gross Remuneration Package (in lacs) Our Charges
0-4.99 8.33% of CTC
5.00 - 9.99 10.00% of CTC
10.00-19.99 12.5% of CTC
20.00 - 29.99 16.67% of CTC
30+ 20.00% of CTC
2. Government Taxes
In addition, service tax will be levied on the invoice amount as per the regulation of Government of India. As on date, the service tax applicable is 12.24 % on the invoice value.
3. Payment towards our Professional Fees
You have to provide us with the details of the candidate’s salary as defined in paragraph 2 above. We require the details within 7 working days of the candidate joining your company. Our invoices towards professional fees will be submitted normally within 7 days from the date of the selected candidate joining your organization. You have to settle our invoice within 21 days thereafter from the date of our invoice.
4. Free Replacement Warranty
In case the candidate who joins your organization, leaves you within 90 days of his joining, we will give you a free no questions asked replacement to your satisfaction.
